• Automated trade execution based on TradingView alerts
• Integration with cryptocurrency exchanges (Bybit, Binance, etc.)
• Risk management tools including trailing stops and loss limits
• Trading performance analytics and reporting

User Obligations

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. AYC Fund encrypts all sensitive data using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.

Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Exchange trading fees are separate and charged by the respective exchanges.

Limitation of Liability

AYC Fund is not responsible for any trading losses incurred through the use of our service. Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Users acknowledge that automated trading systems may experience technical failures, delays, or errors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked, and any outstanding fees will become due. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
